Q. How do you come up with your offer price?

A. It is in our best interest to offer you as much as possible in cash if that is the best solution for you. We want you to be happy with the option we agree on with you. We will do all the research and explain to you exactly how we came up with the solution offered.

Q. Will you give me more than one option?

A.  In most cases there will be a few different choices to take care of your property. Sometimes we can even keep you in the house you are living in. This is a very big decision so we want you to have all the information available to make the best choice for you.
